New galleries in the fair's young section include Club Pro, EIGEN + ART Lab, Jenny's and Queer Thoughts

Art Los Angeles Contemporary 2017 marks the second year of Freeways, the emerging section of the fair that offers young galleries the opportunity to present solo and two person projects. The section exposes new artists to Los Angeles’ art community, highlighting what is new and on the forefront of contemporary artmaking.

This year, eight local and international exhibitors compose the Freeways section including Alter Space (San Francisco) with work by Koak, Club Pro (Los Angeles) with Devin Troy Strother; EIGEN + ART Lab (Berlin) with Tom Anholt and Charlotte Dualé; Jenny’s (Los Angeles) with Liz Craft; Park View (Los Angeles) with Autumn Ramsey; PPC Philipp Pflug Contemporary (Frankfurt) with Jagoda Bednarsky; Queer Thoughts (New York) with Puppies Puppies and TIF SIGFRIDS (Los Angeles) with Gracie Devito.
